We will collect your personal information appropriately and to the extent necessary in accordance with laws and regulations. We will use our best efforts to protect your information from leakage, damage, or loss through reasonable and effective information security technologies, management processes, and corresponding security protection measures. We wish to clarify, through this Privacy Policy, how we are committed to protecting your personal information.

Once you start using the Website or submit personal information to the Website, you will be deemed to have agreed to the entire contents of this Policy. - When you fill in and submit the splash-screen promotional pop-up form: We collect your email address in order to send you first-order discount information and subsequent marketing communications.
- When you contact us via "Contact US": We collect your name, country, city, contact details (email address or telephone number), Inquiry Type (such as Sales & Business Inquiry, Technical Support, After-sales Service, General Inquiry & Feedback), and the content of your message.
- When you submit an application via the "Distributor Application" form: We collect your name, country, city, contact details (email address or telephone number), and your application description/message.
- When you use the distributor map function: With your consent, Google Maps may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, and device information in order to load the interactive map. This website itself does not write your location information into cookies.
- When you manage your cookie preferences: Our content management system (CMS) records your consent actions on the server side, including your de-identified IP address, browser/device information (User-Agent), consent choices, granular category preferences, timestamps, and the URL of the page on which the action was taken.
2.3 Types of Information We Collect
When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect the following information:

Where we transfer your personal information outside the EEA and the UK, we enter into the EU SCCs and the UK IDTA with the recipients in accordance with applicable data protection laws to meet local legal compliance requirements.

As our business operates globally, and for data storage security considerations, we will store all personal information collected from you on our servers in Singapore and/or in any other country we designate, and such information will be updated from time to time and reflected in this Policy.

To ensure information security, we may need to verify your identity.
We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. If the circumstances are complex, we may notify you as soon as possible of the need to extend our response period, but the extension shall not exceed 60 days at most, and we will explain the reasons to you.

Our products and services are primarily intended for adults, but we are also aware of the importance of taking additional precautions to ensure the privacy and safety of minors who use our products and receive our services. We consider anyone under the age of 16 (or the age required by local law) to be below the legal age.
