Accredited by CNAS and recognized by leading certification organizations including TÜV, UL, DEKRA, CQC, CVC, and CHEARI, the Lab conducts comprehensive testing and validation throughout the product development process. NEV Lab
Validates EV charger/plug software functionality, protocol compliance, and safety mechanisms. Aging Testing: 8-station system with 48-hour full-power aging (equivalent to 8-hour customer sessions), ensuring long-term stability. Performance Testing: 3-in-1 ATE system covering GB, EU, and US standards for function, performance, and vehicle interoperability - simulating normal/abnormal charging conditions including overvoltage and overcurrent. Plug Cycle Life: Standard requires 10,000 cycles; Bull plugs exceed 30,000 cycles - equivalent to 8 years at 10 daily uses.
